Vincek today has a large plant for the production of chestnut fruit in which only sugar is added in the end - or not, if the buyer wishes so. By using controlled procedures, the fruit is processed to make chestnut puree, which is then carefully preserved and used in the preparation of various sweet delicacies all year round.
During chestnut season, you can enjoy a special treat - freshly made chestnut puree with cream. Cakeries sell 0.5 kg and 1 kg frozen chestnut puree blocks, both sweetened and unsweetened.
